• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Maintain food quality, taste and presentation to Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date and store food per safety regulations.
• Keep kitchen, storage and equipment areas clean and organized.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production when the Dining Services Coordinator is away.
