SodexoMagic is seeking a Lead Cook for the AMERICAN EXPRESS LOUNGE at LAX. You’ll be a team player who prepares nutritious dishes, focuses on customer service, and helps reduce food waste while maintaining high standards of food safety.

The role involves reading recipes, preparing a variety of hot and cold items, possibly breakfast/lunch/dinner, and supporting management during busy periods. We offer full benefits and a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable in a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items across meal periods.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions.
• Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or grill.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; other duties may be assigned.
