Job summary

Quest Food Management Services LLC in Highland Park, IL is seeking a Lead Cook to prepare and present menu items for the high school's cafeteria, following Quest standards.

You will follow the preparation list, assist in day‑to‑day kitchen operations, help with bulk and catering prep, receive deliveries, and ensure HACCP and food safety guidelines are met. The role includes serving on the hot line and maintaining a professional line for customers, with equal opportunity employer provisions.

• Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly
