Job summary

Sodexo at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Lead Cook to join our dining services team. You will prepare nutritious dishes, maintain high food quality, and support service excellence across meal periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal business.
