Job summary

Leprino Foods seeks a Controls Supervisor to lead plant automation and control systems at its new Lubbock facility. You will oversee PLC/SCADA infrastructure, guide a controls team, and ensure reliable production while supporting upgrades and commissioning of new systems.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive controls experience in manufacturing, and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to optimize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial controls in manufacturing.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring others.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in controls/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily controls activities for safe, reliable production.
• Develop and guide the controls team for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related infrastructure.
• Support downtime troubleshooting and upgrades to reduce outages.
