In this role, you will lead small to medium-sized teams, work closely with clients, and be responsible for designing control strategies. Ideal candidates have 2-8 years in automation, proficiency in Rockwell platforms, and a degree in engineering. Compensation includes a base salary between $90,000–$130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in automation.
• Thorough understanding of control system design and coding.
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads projects with small to medium sized teams.
• Assists Project Manager in identifying changes in project scope.
• Demonstrates understanding of project scope and schedule.
• Designs control systems’ network architectures and strategies.
• Serves as a technical contact for customers.

Proficient in Rockwell FactoryTalk View/Studio

Excellent communication skills

Education

B.S. in Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering
