Nemak is seeking an.Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead multiple projects and teams responsible for the control systems of automated equipment. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and software development including PLC ladder logic, ABB and Fanuc software, with focus on uptime and performance.
You will coach and mentor technicians, perform root-cause analysis, and create documentation to support maintenance and troubleshooting.
Formación
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming and debugging.
- Strong ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Knowledge of control system design, preferably Allen Bradley; Siemens a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead installation and commissioning of control systems for industrial equipment.
- Develop, test, and implement software for PLC/HMI and associated systems (ABB, Fanuc, NORIS, etc.).
- Supervise Automation Control Technicians to maintain machine uptime and improvements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and documentation for installation and maintenance guides.
- Coach and train team members through on-the-job and offsite sessions.
