Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Work Schedule

3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Duties

• Lead automation and controls development from concept through production launch.
• Engineer control solutions that optimize performance, maximize reliability, and minimize cost.
• Mentor and guide controls engineers, elevating capability, troubleshooting depth, and best practices.
• Drive standardization and technical excellence through design reviews, reusable architecture, and disciplined code practices.
• Support commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring successful deployments and future design enhancements.

Education and Experience

• AAS or Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Controls / Automation.
• Strong PLC programming experience (structured text, function blocks etc).
• Ability to mentor and guide a team of Controls Engineers.
