Job summary

Adobe is seeking a CSC Business Consultant to guide customers through business transformation as they adopt Content Supply Chain solutions. You will map current processes, define future-state workflows, and align operating models across Workfront, AEM Assets, and Fusion.

You will deliver configurations and moderately complex automations, partner with Technical Consultants, and validate end-to-end integrations while driving adoption and value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business consulting, analysis, or related transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, content production lifecycles, and enterprise content or asset management.
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least one core platform.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, field mappings, and data transformations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand current processes, pain points, stakeholder needs, and business priorities across the content lifecycle.
• Define future-state workflows, operating models, and implementation priorities.
• Translate customer goals into business requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with technical teams to confirm feasibility and implementation alignment.
• Define organizational taxonomy, metadata standards, asset lifecycle rules, and governance.
• Design intake processes, roles and responsibilities, approval paths, and asset management use cases.
