Job summary

Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group is recruiting a Fixed Term Consultant Cardiologist with a special interest in heart failure. Based at Lincoln County Hospital, this 12-month post offers clinical leadership and advanced diagnostics for the Heart Failure Service in Lincolnshire.

The role includes working within a busy cardiology team and contributing to a non-interventional on-call rota on a 1:8 frequency, with ample opportunity to influence service development and patient care

Qualifications

• MRCP (UK) or equivalent and GMC licence to practice.
• MD or PhD qualification and full GMC Registration.
• Wide experience in general cardiology and acute assessment, with heart failure focus.

Responsibilities

• Proven leadership and audit experience within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to initiate and lead service developments and departmental management.
