Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive our Zero-Injury Safety program.
• Understand drawings, specs, and owner/subcontract terms.
• Deliver built-in quality using the quality control process.
• Develop and maintain on-site logistics.
• Drive project schedule; supervise and coordinate construction activities.
• Facilitate Site-Wide Huddles and Plan of the Day meetings.
• Proactively monitor and control project costs.
• Leverage CM/PM systems; support Messer staff development and mentoring.
