Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee operations from planning to completion on diverse industrial projects across Texas. You will ensure subcontractors perform to contract requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

This role requires 4+ years in construction with GC experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction industry experience in commercial/industrial GC.
• Ability to manage resources including vendors and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Strong adaptability, integrity, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, ensure on-time, on-budget completion and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site operations per contract requirements.
• Develop schedules with Project Manager and monitor milestones.
