Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor in NYC.
• Proven experience with Data Centers or heavy MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to manage diverse trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities with subcontractors.
• Supervise complex MEP installations for data centers.
• Monitor daily progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with codes.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain daily logs.
