Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Construction Management or Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with heavy civil self-performing contractor, concrete preferred.
• Strong communication to facilitate team collaboration and client engagement.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in conflict resolution and project unity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and progress reviews.
• Mitigate schedule delays and maintain project progress.
• Provide detailed communication to stakeholders with timely updates.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely task execution.
• Understand project costs and forecast expenses; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Guide the team to meet KPIs for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and finances.
• Own quality control and safety programs adherence.
• Evaluate superintendent performance and mentor staff.
• Assign and review work for Project Engineers and Assistant PMs.
