Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and leading project teams to achieve milestones.

Responsibilities include risk management, cost control, safety program oversight, and regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management within construction or infrastructure.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through close-out, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget control.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee project quality control and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and dispute resolutions with clients and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and supervise project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
