Qualifications

• Minimum high school education and college education with engineering/construction degree or five years of experience in general construction engineering/management.
• Thorough working knowledge of general construction materials, processes and systems.
• Proficient with a personal computer and familiar with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, scheduling and job costing software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all administrative and coordination functions for multiple projects.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and team members to manage construction processes.
• Review and ensure compliance of shop drawings with contract documents.
