Job summary

JPI is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee safety, quality, and financial operations across 2-3 active construction sites. You will ensure safety meetings, staffing, field reporting, and milestone adherence while coordinating with subcontractors to resolve performance issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of professional experience, with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a business or professional setting.
• Proven experience in an executive support role or similar.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and financial operations at 2-3 active sites.
• Ensure safety meetings and inspections per JPI safety program.
• Staff projects per plan and ensure core responsibilities.
• Maintain Daily Field reports with accuracy.
• Manage schedule milestones and field communications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve performance issues.
• Validate pay apps and pre-pay processes with OSC.
• Lead site turnover QC inspections and 3rd-party closeouts.
