Qualifications

• Experience with managerial skills acquired while working under a Contractor, Construction Manager or another expert in the construction industry preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Constructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of construction and renovation projects in assigned area.
• Sets priorities, schedules and budgets.
• Supervises staff, including hiring, disciplining, developing performance.
• Ensures facility performance meets user needs and maintains communications with involved parties.
• Develops and tracks KPIs using the work management system and reports to ensure productivity and financial accountability.
