Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience required.
• Must possess a driver’s license.
• Experience as Inspection Team Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and project progress reports.
• Monitor quality control testing and contractor progress.
• Assist with payment applications and change orders.

Education

Associates Degree or 2+ years of continued higher education
