Qualifications

• 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, ideally with specific experience in Tilt-up Construction.
• Ability to effectively supervise construction employees and to accomplish work within budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules.
• Supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure that the budget is followed regarding manpower and material expenditures.
