Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving is looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent in Austin, Texas. The role involves overseeing all concrete construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will lead a team, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in concrete construction and proven leadership abilities. This position offers the opportunity to establish operations in a new market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven experience in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete operations including flatwork, structural concrete, curbing, and sitework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects including layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower planning, and daily production goals.
