Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior technician in Jacksonville, FL to anchor large placements and IBC-based special inspections for structural concrete, deep foundations, masonry, and steel. Lead pours, mentor juniors, interface with engineers and officials, and own the project record.

Responsibilities include leading fresh-concrete testing and inspections, coordinating with superintendents and officials, and supporting multi-state deployments on a project basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state deployments on a project basis.
• Own the quality of project records and documentation.
