Qualifications

• 2+ years in QC Inspection or similar position
• 2+ years in the Concrete Industry
• Experience withTxDOT Standard Specifications and quality control procedures
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Implement the company's Quality Control Plan.
• Coordinate with TxDOT daily to ensure products meet TxDOT specs.
• Oversee QC Department and technicians.
• Review reinforcement, and its impact on handling and placement.
• Oversee production practices from pre-pour to shipping.
• Lead ongoing training for technicians.
