Qualifikationen

• Proven field experience as a Form Setter or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret complex structural blueprints; read rebar shop drawings.

• Construct, erect and install concrete forms using wood, plywood, and hand/power tools.
• Set elevations and lines; direct other form setters on framing and rebar workflows.
• Interpret project blueprints to ensure precision before pours.
• Calibrate laser levels to establish grades and pass measurements to crew.
