Job summary

Kinsley Construction, located in York, PA, is seeking a Concrete Foreman and Concrete Finishers to join our team. The Concrete Foreman must have at least 2 years of concrete work experience and be capable of managing job sites effectively, while Concrete Finishers should possess hands-on experience in placing and finishing concrete.

Both positions are essential to our projects and require a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, ensuring job site safety, and completing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in concrete work for foreman.
• Hands-on experience in concrete placement and finishing for finishers.
• Ability to lead and manage a crew for foreman role.

Responsibilities

• Check and set forms for sidewalks and ADA ramps.
• Place and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a crew of 5 to 6 individuals.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and jobsite procedures.
