Job summary

Heritage Concrete Construction LLC seeks a Foreman to lead field crews on concrete projects in Fort Pierce, FL. You will supervise labor, coordinate with superintendents and general contractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in concrete construction with leadership experience, strong blueprint reading, and the ability to travel for projects. Valid driver’s license and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar, concrete placement and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be able to travel frequently for projects outside the local area.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and work alongside crew members daily.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure productivity, safety and quality.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and a positive work environment.
• Direct the work of 10+ laborers/carpenters.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades on site.
• Monitor progress, inspect quality and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Manage tools, equipment and materials for daily tasks.
• Complete daily reports, timesheets and labor budgets accurately.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and enforce PPE rules.
