Job summary

A regional concrete construction firm is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee crew operations and ensure high-quality project completion. You will lead, mentor, and inspire your team while adhering to safety protocols. With a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and excellent leadership skills, you will play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding concrete structures. This position involves outdoor work in various conditions and requires at least 3 years of relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of field experience as a Foreman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete laborers, finishers, and crew leads effectively.
• Prepare work schedules and daily plans while mitigating risks.
• Assign tasks, mentor crew members, and optimize resource use.
• Review blueprints and specifications for design alignment.
• Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and ECS safety policies.
• Communicate proactively with leadership to address obstacles.
• Maintain organization on job sites and manage equipment.
