Qualifications

• Proven track record applying computational methods to drug discovery.
• Experience translating computational insights into actionable design hypotheses.
• Familiarity with ligand-based design and free energy methods.
• Ability to handle large chemical/biological datasets with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Represent Computational Chemistry as a subject matter expert for nonclinical projects.
• Lead research projects and develop novel computational workflows for hit finding and lead optimization.
• Develop and deploy in silico software and data analysis pipelines.
• Analyze and report research informatics data to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with medicinal chemistry and biology to support design decisions.
