Job summary

Protection Strategies Incorporated in Washington, DC is seeking a lead investigator to oversee facility inspections and ensure project compliance across detention and corrections settings.

You will coordinate with the Senior Project Manager (SPM) and Assistant PM (APM), supervise inspection work products, and compile factual reports reflecting inspection outcomes as the LCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus ten (10) years' related work experience in detention, corrections or related criminal justice field.
• Possess the qualifications required by one of the four Subject Matter Expert specialty fields.

• Serves as the functional team leader for facility inspections
• Responds to the Senior Project Manager (SPM) or Assistant PM (APM) as requested to assist in ensuring that ERO receives the support services for which the contractor is responsible
• Interfaces with field office and facility staff to ensure comprehensive inspections
• Creates and/or manages facility inspection work products as directed by the SPM or APM
• Compiles factual reports reflective of the facility inspections wherein they served as the LCI

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
