A leading AI infrastructure startup is seeking a Compiler Tech Lead to drive technical and team leadership. You'll manage a team of engineers, guide architecture decisions, and influence core compiler systems. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of compiler development experience and 3 years in leadership. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compiler or runtime development.
• 3+ years in a technical/team lead role.
• Strong expertise in C++.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–6 engineers, driving execution and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship to both junior and senior engineers.
• Take ownership of major design components and compiler interfaces.
• Maintain and extend technical design documentation and specifications.
• Create training material and onboarding content for new hires.
• Provide thought leadership on compiler architecture and future directions.
