Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active commercial roofing projects in the Baltimore/Maryland region. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage manpower and materials, and ensure safety and quality are maintained.

This leadership role requires strong communication, plan-reading skills, and the ability to travel between various job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with crew or multiple jobsites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel between multiple jobsites in the region.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, specs, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Schedule, supervise, and support roofing crews across multiple jobsites; conduct daily site visits; mentor foremen; supervise subcontractors; maintain quality and safety standards.
• Project Execution: Oversee projects from mobilization to final inspection; coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials; read plans and shop drawings; resolve field issues.
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce OSHA requirements; conduct quality-control inspections; ensure work meets specs and manufacturer requirements.
• Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate schedules with customers; manage material deliveries; prepare change orders; provide progress reports; maintain field docs.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as primary field contact for contractors, owners, inspectors; coordinate with PMs and estimators; maintain clear field communication.
