Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations for new construction and reroofing projects in multiple markets.

This role requires a strong roofing background, safety leadership, and the ability to manage crews to deliver high-quality results. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, familiarity with TPO/EPDM/PVC/metal systems, OSHA 30 preferred, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systems.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using project tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily job site activities and ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Lead and mentor foremen and crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct safety audits, enforce OSHA compliance, and lead toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and client communication.
• Participate in inspections, change order reviews, and project close-out.
