Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• Valid Driver’s License is a must
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Keep work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
