Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years in commercial roofing; foreman experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily jobsite operations and direct roofing crews to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, and production goals before work begins.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Install, repair, and oversee commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related assemblies.
• Complete daily reports, labor tracking, timesheets, production updates, and other required documentation.
