Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Knoxville area. We offer competitive wages, a large backlog of work, and strong growth potential in a safety-focused environment.

The role involves diagnosing roof leaks, leading maintenance and small repair projects, and handling paperwork and time sheets while following CentiMark Safety Policies. Immediate interviews are available with year-round work and lucrative referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Responsibilities

• Will diagnose commercial roof leaks & make appropriate repairs.
• Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.
