Qualifications

3+ years of commercial roofing experience, including low-slope/flat roofs.
Proficient with PVC, KEE, TPO, EDPM, and shingles.
Experience leading small crews or acting as foreman.
Knowledge of safety, fall protection, and OSHA requirements.
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturer specs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Able to perform physically demanding roofing tasks.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain commercial roofing systems on various roof types.
Read blueprints and manufacturer instructions to determine materials and methods.
Ensure site safety and proper fall protection; maintain PPE and housekeeping.
Lead or supervise crew on site when required.
Document work progress and submit reports.
Perform final inspections and address punch lists with client.
