Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor refrigeration installation crews.
• Coordinate daily field operations and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and project quality.
• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned projects.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE requirements and company procedures.
• Oversee apprentices, journeymen, and third-party contractors as needed.
