Job summary

Laphcc is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to own a job site, lead a crew, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work on commercial projects. You will oversee underground and slab installations, read blueprints and specifications, coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades, and maintain daily progress and a clean, safe work site.

This role requires 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, proven crew leadership, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proven crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems.
• Experience with underground and slab installations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and job specifications.
• Reliable transportation and hand tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to job site safety and productivity.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman who can take ownership of a job site, lead a crew, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial plumbing inside and out - from underground and slab work to system installation and project coordination - and who takes pride in leading a productive team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites
• Plan daily work activities and set clear productivity goals
• Install and oversee installation of DWV and domestic water systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
• Track daily progress and complete job reports
• Maintain a safe and organized job site

Pay: $35-$45 per hour

Requirements
