Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proven crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems.
• Experience with underground and slab installations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and job specifications.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites.
• Plan daily work activities and set clear productivity goals.
• Install and oversee installation of DWV and domestic water systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Track daily progress and complete job reports.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
