Qualifications

• 2+ years as a lead plumber on commercial or mixed-use jobs.
• Experience completing plumbing scopes for ground-up construction required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record; background check ready.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and scheduling instructions.
• Must have leadership experience on site with helpers or apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Install full plumbing systems from underground to final trim.
• Read and follow blueprints, specs, and scheduling instructions.
• Layout pipe runs and stage materials for upcoming phases.
• Lead helpers or apprentices on site and maintain safety standards.
• Represent Chad’s Water Works Plumbing with professionalism.
