Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active State Bar membership required.
• 10 years minimum relevant experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Mastery in assigned support area with understanding of the full commercial lending lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience providing proactive, solution-oriented advice on legal, business and regulatory issues.
• In-depth understanding of the banking industry and regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage, train and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Experience with outside counsel billing and pricing oversight.
• Ability to work collaboratively at senior levels and build relationships across a large organization.
• Willingness to learn new areas of law and take on additional responsibilities.
