Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Commercial HVAC Service & Technical Leadership

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and operational checks.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and controls-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective action.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial HVAC service experience with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Experience supporting, mentoring, or providing technical direction to other technicians.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and controls.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage service priorities effectively.
• Clear communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lead technician, service supervisor, or similar field leadership experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
