Job summary
Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Lead Commercial / Industrial Electrician to support commercial and light industrial projects in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires hands-on field work with occasional project leadership and responsibility for service calls.
You will manage work with a fully equipped service truck and direct helpers on assigned jobs, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across data centers, USPS facilities, and industrial sites.
Qualifications
- This role requires 7+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting ability is essential.
- Experience running jobs and directing helpers is required.
- Stable work history and a clean driving record are expected.
- Ability to pass background checks (federal work is required) and present professionally.
Responsibilities
- Run commercial or industrial projects in the field.
- Lead a helper when required.
- Handle remodels and service work independently.
- Troubleshoot without always relying on detailed engineered drawings.
- Represent the company professionally with customers.
