Job summary

Montgomery Electric, Inc. is seeking a Projects Foreman to lead field crews on commercial electrical projects.

You will translate project plans into successful field execution, coordinating with PMs, Superintendents, GCs, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure safety and quality. The role requires oversight of daily field activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work aligns with NEC requirements and MEI standards.

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License with commercial field experience.
• Experience leading crews on commercial projects.
• Strong NEC/OSHA knowledge and commercial construction standards.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and jobsite documents.
• Clear communication with field teams, PMs, supervisors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for assigned commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate journeymen, apprentices, and field teams to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, RFIs, and documents to understand scope.
• Plan daily tasks and assign team members to work efficiently.
• Install and oversee commercial electrical systems and components.
• Monitor progress and report schedule/material risks to PM/ Superintendent.
• Ensure work aligns with NEC, OSHA, specs, and MEI standards.
