Job summary

Everon in the United States is seeking a skilled Installer to lead the installation of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems. The role requires independent work, training and directing less senior installers and trainees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control, strong knowledge of codes, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Five+ years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Full knowledge of local/national codes.
• Strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.

Responsibilities

• Installs/Leads the installation of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Must have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
• Performs new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must complete other projects, as assigned.
