Job summary

Honda of Murfreesboro is hiring a Collision Center Manager to lead our high-volume collision repair operation. This role oversees estimating, production, parts coordination, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a collision center or body shop, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of collision repair processes and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous Collision Center or Body Shop management experience is required.
• Experience estimating collision repairs is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Thorough understanding of collision repair processes, production scheduling, and insurance procedures.
• Knowledge of OEM repair standards and quality control practices.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer proficiency with estimating and management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Collision Center.
• Lead, coach, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, apprentices, and support staff.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to OEM repair procedures.
• Monitor production, cycle time, quality, CSI, and profitability.
• Review estimates and repair plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and facility standards.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork and accountability.
