Position Overview

Lead Coach at BODY20 is a “Player/Coach” position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve studio goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt hourly position for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain sufficient fitness coaches to serve members and guests completing BODY20 sessions or demos.
• Establish monthly goals for sessions, demos, and demo conversion for all coaches.
• Evaluate coaches monthly on sessions, demos, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Onboard and train all new fitness coaches.
• Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions.
• Maintain knowledge and/or participate in all club services, programs, and products.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, including dynamic movements up to 50 pounds.
• Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
• 1–3 years of personal training experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty and personal integrity.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and follow‑up skills.

Compensation

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour.
