Job Description

Lead CNC Programmer needed for our Swiss‑equipped precision machining client near Bristol, CT. Direct‑hire position, not a temp, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Requires HS diploma or GED with minimum 5 years’ experience setting up and programming Swiss CNC lathes and/or milling centers (Citizen, Tsugami, Star, Tornos, etc.) using G‑code or TB Deco, blueprint reading and comprehension, strong leadership capabilities, ability to work overtime. Prior managerial/supervisory experience is a plus.
