Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Machine Operator Lead to provide hands-on leadership in our fabrication department. You will run and optimize CNC equipment, train operators, and ensure sheet metal components meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Experience leading operators or training teammates preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to CNC operators and fabrication team.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to meet specs.
• Review blueprints and fabrication drawings for processes and dimensions.
