Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Senior CNC Team Lead to direct a small team in our advanced manufacturing environment. You will perform CNC setups, provide hands-on leadership, and mentor operators on multi-axis machines.

The role requires a strong background in CNC setup, tooling offsets, and continuous improvement. Candidates with previous leadership or project coordination on the shop floor are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on CNC setup experience.
• Experience with tooling offsets and machine adjustments.
• Manufacturing leadership experience on the production floor.
• Experience with hiring decisions and employee coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team operating multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Perform CNC setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Support hiring and performance reviews.
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
